Parking: - Significant construction is going on in the area. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment.

  • As of September 25th to November 25th, 2025, free street parking out front is unavailable due to construction.

  • Above-ground parking lot is available behind the Central 1 Credit Union. Note that there is no meter there, and the HangTag App is required to pay for parking. If you do not have the app, please remember your license plate, and I can assist you.

  • Metered parking on Pennyfarthing Drive. Please access by entering from Pennyfarthing Drive and exiting onto Creekside Drive (it’s a 1-way street)

  • Handicap/disability parking is next to the Central 1 Credit Union. Please inform them that you would like to use the spot for approx 1 hour. Ensure your sign is visible.

  • There is no longer free underground parking

Extended health benefits plan : Members should check with their provider to ensure they have coverage before their appointment. Many plans require a doctor’s note for coverage

Those unable to assess and perform their own foot care.
Corns
Calluses
Thickened and discolored nails
Overlapped toes
People with dementia, Parkinson, disabilities and those with mental health conditions.

Included in this service:
Thorough foot assessment during each visit
Footwear review
Mobility review
Assess toenails, skin, and circulation of the feet
Trim, file and clean toenails
Reduce thick nails (if needed)
Foot care education

Foot care visits can take approximately 30mins to 1 hour
Foot care should be done every 6 to 8 weeks to ensure no new complications arise

Francine Johnson LPN FCN

Franny’s Foot Care was started by Francine a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2018.

Francine has 12 years of experience working in various Long Term Care facilities in the Metro Vancouver area. As well as a home care nurse within the Vancouver and North & West Vancouver areas.

Francine took her nursing program at the College of New Caledonia located in Prince George, BC. She then took the nursing foot care program at Vancouver Community College in Vancouver, BC.

Francine is passionate about ensuring her clients are pain-free while feeling comfortable and looking their best.
